I made the broccoli/cheddar skillet flan and the strawberry shortcake last weekend and both turned out wonderfully. I also found that the shortcake biscuits freeze very well — mine weren&#039;t even 100% cool when I packaged them up, which probably breaks some rule, but after two minutes defrosting in the microwave it&#039;s like they&#039;re just out of the oven again. Maybe this will help those who want to plan dessert ahead.
