		<description><![CDATA[I had the same initial reaction to the mint, but it mellows out when mixed with the cheese and the cooked peas, adding a nice counterpoint to the other flavors. Of course, you can&#039;t go wrong with just peas, Pecorino, and pasta either. Let me know how it goes.]]></description>
