		<description><![CDATA[As an Indian and somebody who loves all cuisines, I must day you got the curry recipe pretty right, except for the coconut milk part. Coconut milk is traditionally used in South Indian curries and the recipe you have mentioned above would work just as well even if you had omitted the coconut milk. But, well done..:-)]]></description>
